Getting Started

How do I get started with Park Rabbit?

Download the Park Rabbit app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Create an account, verify your email, and you're ready to start finding and sharing parking spots!

Is Park Rabbit available in my city?

Park Rabbit is currently available in major cities across Germany. Check our app or website to see if we're in your area. We're constantly expanding to new locations!

What are the system requirements?

For iOS: iPhone 6s or newer, iOS 13.0 or later. For Android: Android 6.0 or later, 2GB RAM minimum. The app requires location services and internet connection.

Using Park Rabbit

How do I find a parking spot?

Open the app, enter your destination, and browse available spots nearby. You can filter by price, distance, and availability. Once you find a spot, you can reserve it instantly.

How do I share my parking spot?

List your spot by entering its location, availability times, and price. Add photos and specific instructions. Once approved, your spot will be visible to other users.

What is the Carrot System?

Carrots are our in-app currency. You earn carrots by sharing your spot and can use them to park in other users' spots. It's our way of encouraging community participation.

Payments & Pricing

How does pricing work?

Spot owners set their own prices. You can pay with carrots or real money. We charge a small service fee for transactions to cover operational costs.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can also use carrots earned from sharing your spot.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Contact our support team with your booking details for assistance.

Safety & Security

How do you verify users?

All users must verify their email and phone number. We also offer optional ID verification for additional security and benefits.

What if there's a problem with my spot?

Report any issues through the app immediately. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we take data protection seriously. Your information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties without consent.

Account & Profile

How do I update my profile?

Go to Settings in the app to update your profile information, payment methods, and preferences.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account in Settings. Note that this will cancel any active bookings and remove your spot listings.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Security to change your password. You'll need to enter your current password for security.
